We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator with opportunity to develop and eventually become a registered manager.
We are proud to be working with an independent homecare organisation that will offer you support to develop within this sector. You will spend some time in the office as well as some time in the community covering care calls and doing spot checks. You will coordinate the staff rotas, complete customer care plans and will carry out staff supervisions. Over time you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge with the potential to become a registered manager.
You will have experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or Care Supervisor within a homecare environment, and will be a driver with your own vehicle. You will need to offer some flexibility, and will be passionate about delivering excellent care to people in their own homes.
