Brook Street is currently assisting a travel and tourist company in their quest for Danish Speaking Department.
The ideal candidate will be Native Danish with a continuous practice of both English and Danish language and experienced in high levels of customer service.
The successful candidate will have:
- FLUENT DANISH VERBAL AND WRITTEN
- KEY DESTINATION KNOWLEDGE
- EDUCATION IN TOURISM OR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (IDEAL)
- EXPERIENCE WITH TRAVEL
- BOOKING AND SCHEDULE EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE TARGETS AND DEADLINES
The role will involve you dealing with customer and client claims via email & telephone correspondence. You will be required to work 37 hour weeks
Salary: £10 hr
