Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Type: Permanent position, 52 weeks
Holiday Entitlement: Year 1 – 25 days + bank holidays rising to 30 days + bank holidays after 5 years’ service

Role Summary

They are recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join their small team on site.  Responsibilities will include the following:

• To support the planning and delivery of the company’s marketing and communications strategy to both external and internal audiences
• To support the delivery of a range of digital and print marketing and communications
• To support the delivery of an annual programme of promotional activities including sector-specific workshops, events and exhibitions
• To support the delivery of qualitative and quantitative research to understand and maximize our customers/users
• To take responsibility for the maintenance of the CRM database

Requirements

• A proven track record of writing and managing online content with strong editorial skills
• Experience working as part of a team, openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues
• Ability to write high quality marketing communications material that is engaging, informative and interesting coupled with a keen eye for design and high levels of creativity
• A proven track record of writing and managing online content with strong editorial skills
• Ability to operate to tight deadlines in highly pressured environments
• Ability to undertake research and analyse data
• Ability to prioritise, work proactively and flexibly and manage multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
