What will I be doing?
As a Parts Supervisor, you will oversee our client’s Braintree depot and lead the way in delivering customer service and supervising the Parts Advisor.
Specifically, you will sell JCB parts and attachments across the Braintree territory. You’ll be aiming to meet and exceed targets whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are provided at all times.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure parts availability
- Liaise with the Workshop to order parts from the relevant manufacturers
- Seek to increase average discounts for incoming parts
- Ensure parts are delivered on time and to specification
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Complete invoicing
- Greet customers in person and professionally via telephone
- Communicate orders
What will I need?
To be considered as a Parts Supervisor, you will need:
- Parts experience gained within construction or the motor trade
- Customer service or sales experience
Supervisory experience would be beneficial to your application.
