Food Manufacturing Production Manager

An award winning food manufacturer based in glorious Cornwall is seeking an enthusiastic & creative Food Manufacturing Production Manager to run the 2pm-9pm shift. Ideally this role is for someone currently working within the industry or someone who has a background in food retail management with a passion for food and is committed to delivering excellence.
The role will involve:
Execute the production schedule
Manage & coach the team
Provide reports & statistics on a regular basis
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure the planned KPIs are met or exceeded
Assign duties & co-ordinate activities of the team
The successful candidate will need:
Minimum 3 years experience within a food manufacturing/food retail management role
Strong leadership & coaching skills
Ideally a background within pastry or bakery
Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP
Excellent people management & communication skills
Own transport and live within a commutable distance of mid Cornwall.
