Are you a Psychology Graduate with a minimum of a 2.1 in your degree?

Are you an aspiring Educational or Clinical Psychologist keen to gain further experience and utilise your graduate knowledge with SEN children before undertaking a MA or PhD?

*** Prior experience of working with Special Educational Needs is highly advantageous

This Psychology Graduate position will see the successful candidate working closely with SEN pupils across the school, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, to provide additional academic and social support. As a Psychology Graduate at this school, you will be expected to use your own initiative and create individual personal development plans, tailoring them to the individual needs of the children. This Psychology Graduate role will see you liaise closely with the dedicated SENCO, Teaching Team and parents of the SEN children. For a recent Psychology Graduate, this position will provide you with the opportunity apply practical experience to the theoretical content gained through your degree.

This successful and nurturing primary is in Medway, Kent. The SLT, SENCO and Teaching Team are a knowledgeable, experienced a close-knit team who all share a passion for ensuring that an inclusive education is offered to all pupils, where every student is expected to make progress, no matter their ability level.

To be considered for this Psychology Graduate position, you must hold at least a 2.1 in your degree. The portfolio of the successful Psychology Graduate will include a truly compassionate nature and the calm demeanour to work with SEN pupils.
