Conveyancing Fee Earner
One of our clients is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team based in Morley, Leeds.
The company is a dedicated Law Firm who are expanding their business and are looking for a successful and determined Fee Earner.
Role:
• Run your own busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from start to completion.
• This will include sales, purchases, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold to name a few.
• There will be administrative support available to you, allowing you to fully focus on the technical aspects of the file.
Suitable candidate:
• The ability to run your own busy Residential Conveyancing caseload from start to completion is essential for this role
• You must be confident and professional with strong client care and communication skills
• You should be fully confident in your ability to work individually and as part of a team and will enjoy working in a busy, target driven environment
• Have at least 3 years' experience
Our client is looking to pay the successful Fee Earner a competitive salary of GBP30,000 to GBP35,000.
