We are looking to recruit a Graduate Apprenticeship Talent Acquisition Specialist in an exciting new role based at our Leeds City Centre office. With this role you would become part of the UK's largest provider of genuinely free independent debt advice and managed solutions.

What you will be doing
This is a crucial role in determining the success of our growth plans. Within this role you would manage and deliver a proactive and professional, effective recruitment service across the organisation, focusing on our annual recruitment of Graduates and Apprentices. These are new schemes to the charity and will enable the successful candidates to be part of our exciting journey.
Key accountabilities
* Work closely with and support the Talent Acquisition team to align the recruitment of graduates and apprentices and support early careers
* You will undertake tasks such as developing an attraction and advertising plan, liaising with internal & external stakeholders,
* Utilise the ATS to ensure compliance and traceability of applications
* Deal with candidate correspondence, complete offers and associated paperwork
* Organise and run assessment days, including assisting in the design of materials and toolkits to support the assessment centres and selection process
* Deliver continuous improvement for online testing and assessment tools for new hires, thus reducing cost and time to hire
Experience and knowledge
* appropriate relevant recruitment experience, online resourcing
* previous Graduate / Apprenticeship recruitment experience (Desirable)
* experience of on line and digital direct sourcing and network building
* experience in online and digital resourcing with the latest tools and methodologies
* project working and matrix management skills and experience
* strong relationship building and partnering skills
