We have various vacancies for the following volunteer roles based at our Manchester and Birmingham offices:
* Volunteer Executive Administrator-Head Office, Manchester
* Adopter Co-Presenters and recruitment support-Head Office Manchester and Birmingham
* Adopter Customer Service Recruitment-Head Office Manchester
This is an exciting opportunity for those wanting to gain experience working with a dynamic and innovative charity that makes a difference to children and families throughout England and Wales. Whether you want to have direct contact with adoptive families and help children to live in loving homes or wish to support the executive and senior management in the future of continued improvements or maybe even want to help birth relatives or adoptees reconnect with lost relatives then we have the right opportunity for you.
This role is on a volunteer basis and is not paid.

Essential Skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good organisational skills.
* Understanding of the importance of Confidentiality.
* Ability to seek support as needed due to the nature of the role.
* Ability to enthusiastically work as part of a team.
* The ability to read and record information accurately from information provided.
* The ability to utilise this information as the basis for a search.
* A methodical and logical approach to work.

* ReUnite, a service to help people reconnect with family members separated by adoption.
* TalkAdoption, for adopted young people to enable them to share experiences and be supported. This also includes a therapeutic residential short break offer
