Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking to challenge yourself at the next level. If you have flair, finesse and a passion for fine food, then this might be your ideal role. An exciting opportunity has come up in a well regarded leisure facility in rural West Sussex

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

* Strong scratch cooking with fresh food
* Good knowledge of seasonal produce
* Previous fine dining or rosette experience
* Ability to train and lead an experienced brigade
* Process driven and a good handle on GP's and labour costs
* Exceptional hygiene standards
* Strong communication skills
* Solid previous experience in similar role
* Calm under pressure
* Eagerness to learn and progress

In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus bonus. Your average working week will be 50 hours with a combination of straights and splits and your desire for a work life balance will be respected.

Due to the location of the venue, your own transport is required
