NonStop are currently representing a market leading Diagnostics company who are looking for an enthusiastic graduate with good skills in IT to join them as a Desktop Support Analyst at their site in Cambridge. This position is being offered as a 1 year fixed term contract, allowing you to gain some great exposure to the industry and put your IT skills to valuable use.

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be providing first line support to all employees both on a local and European level. You will receive support from experienced members of the IT Support team, allowing you to learn from highly skilled professionals and work closely with employees across R&D, Sales, Marketing & Quality.

This position will be appealing to IT Graduates who are keen to get into industry and work with state of the art technology. You work will be valuable in ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, as well as giving you a voice in terms of process improvements and optimisation.

Key Requirements for this Desktop Support Analyst position include:

• An educational background (degree or A levels) within an IT related discipline
• A willingness to trouble shoot and analyse issues
• Good communication skills and ability to adapt to change
• This position will be office based in Cambridge, however applicants who are willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply (please note, relocation support will not be offered)
