Ticketing Manager - Team GB Live

This is an exciting career-enhancing opportunity for a Ticketing Manager to join a global leader in providing innovative travel and hospitality programmes for international sporting events.

Reporting to the Senior Ticketing Manager, you will manage ticketing for the Team GB Live programme.

Your role

• Preparing ticketing orders and managing event ticket inventory 
• Improving customer experiences and operational efficiencies
• Manage the selection and appointment of Courier to securely dispatch packages
• Developing ticketing strategies to maximise inventory and commercial returns
• Managing a secure Ticket Dispatch / Collection operation
• Negotiating the best ticket inventory and allocations with external stakeholders
• Managing development of the ticketing website for ticket sales
• Carrying out risk assessments of ticket inventory and management of ticketing budget
• Data management and creation – taking data and manipulating into a functional format

Skills & experience required:

• Experience of ticketing systems & processes for Olympic events or global sporting events
• Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail & accuracy
• Analytical approach, good with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
• Experience in organising, managing and leading an office process in a secure environment
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with ticket purchase & sales prices
• Experience of developing ticketing websites for a live online sales environment
• Flexible & adaptable to achieve departmental needs
