Junior Account Manager for a niche technical Recruitment agency based in Southampton city Centre. Working within our managed service team you will be recruiting for one of the largest engineering firms in the UK.
Candidate Profile
Ambitious and self-motivated
Excellent telephone manner - confident liaising with candidates, clients and suppliers
Professional and hardworking approach. Flexible to work outside standard hours (if needed)
Articulate with good written and verbal communication
Highly organised and have a good attention to detail
Happy in a target driven environment.
Experienced user of Outlook & MsWord
Day to day activities:
Sourcing candidates through our in house database, LinkedIn, job boards etc.
Qualifying candidates (getting a full understanding of their work situation)
Advertising vacancies
Proactively Networking
Running through vacancies with candidates and creating shortlists
Conducting Telephone interviews
Presenting candidate portfolios
Interview Preparation and feedback
Offer Negotiation
