Overview
CHP is a locally managed and governed charitable housing association based in Chelmsford, Essex and was named one of the top 25 housing associations to work for in the Sunday Times Best Not-For-Profit Organisations 2018.
Responsible for supervising the Housing Options Team, you will ensure all nominations, transfer and void processes are managed effectively within the provisions of CHP policies and any Choice Based Lettings or Mutual Exchange Scheme. You will work in partnership with the various Local Authorities, together with other providers and external partners, as well as responding to and overcoming service delivery and workflow issues.
You will have worked within housing/housing management, assessing need/housing options. In addition, you will have excellent organisational and IT skills, together with knowledge of relevant legislation and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
