Service Advisor

What's it all about ?

Our Client wants us to find a Service Advisor to work in their franchised car dealership located north of Newport, Gwent, South Wales. As Service Advisor you will be working within a close knit car dealership service department helping customers booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time and as promised.

You will need to have experience of working in a motor industry business and a part of the job as Service Advisor will also be to manage the Warranty claims for customers and the manufacturer involved. The salary will be to suit you as a person and the hours will be mainly Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings to suit.
