This is a project based role and will be investigating business and user needs to determine which processes can be simplified. Role profile includes but not limited to;

• Experienced User Researcher working in an agile environment
• Responsible for maintaining standards
• Identify problems and develop appropriate research strategies
• Conduct hands-on user research including; guerrilla/pop-up testing, moderating usability sessions and interviewing
• Work with a team of designers, analysts and developers to promote user-centred design principles

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced research professional and have experience of working in agile environments. You will also be available at short notice and be able to commit to a 6 months contract.
