I am currently working with a top regional law firm, headquartered in central reading, with an enviable client base across the Thames Valley. The firm have multiple offices across Surrey and Berkshire and are now actively seeking a new Head of Department to run their Residential Property offering, based out of their central Reading based office. The firm have a long history in residential property and have been established across the region for decades. The role will involve managing a busy caseload of HNW Residential Property files as well as taking a key management role within the team, reporting directly to the board. The firm are prepared to invest heavily in continued marketing and development of the team and are ideally seeking an ambitious, highly technically competent individual with a flair for business development. The work involves all aspects of the conveyancing process, focused on HNW sales and purchase of residential property as well as a large element of new build and residential development work. For the right candidate, there is a clear progression path to Partnership and existing partners will be considered at this level.
