AEM Product Owner

DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for maintaining features for all developments in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool. It liaises closely with IT to get the features implemented in time, conveying the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint

You Will:

• Balance stakeholder requirements to manage the product roadmap and prioritisation of the team backlog
• Coordinate Business SME input to direct the scrum teams and define and accept user stories
• Make fast, local content decisions on behalf of the team.
• Develop the business roll-out plan with support from the business readiness team & coordinate releases
• Interface with the business to assess business readiness & identify any process changes required
• Deliver business value of the product
• Ensure alignment with the portfolio level milestones
• Advises and guides product best practices to the product users on a regular basis
• Responsible for Show and tells/demonstrations during sprint to business stakeholders and incorporating decisions/feedback into the future sprint.

• Experience in Product Management, Product Design & Roadmap planning
• Agile Development Practices
• Scrum, XP, Kanban methodologies
• Business case management
• Business change management
• Digital technologies & architecture
• An understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Stakeholder management
• User acceptance testing
