Passionate about great places to live. GreenSquare Group develops a range of new homes – for rent, shared ownership, and sale – and provides housing management, care and support, and commercial property services.

We are currently seeking two GP Development Workers to deliver training and awareness sessions to health professionals to upskill them in supporting victims of domestic abuse.

These roles are part of the Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse Support Service which, in addition to support services, operates a Helpline and manages Places of Safety properties. The team is part of the organisation-wide Supported Housing service and consists of staff employed by Greensquare.

To be successful in these roles you must have an IDVA qualification or Women’s Aid occupational standards qualification or a training qualification. You will have the ability to use email, Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems. Experience of working with victims of domestic abuse and in a multi agency environment is essential. Knowledge of working with B.M.E. clients who are victims of domestic abuse, and experience of working with victims of honour based violence, F.G.M.and forced marriage are required. Further to this, experience of supporting victims of domestic abuse through the court system is also necessary.

Due to the nature of the roles there is a requirement to visit remote sites using your own transport so a full driving licence is essential, as is a flexible approach to working hours.
