Our client is excited to offer the position of a full-time Sales Administrator / Inbound Sales Advisor in their dedicated Sales team, building relationships with clients whilst identifying sales opportunities and securing new business.

Our client’s passion is e-learning, and their focus is on providing exceptional service. They currently offer over 150 online courses and have in excess of 700,000 certificated learners. As their product range continues to diversify and the client portfolio expands, their customer service and sales team are crucial to the success of the business.

The role…

To continue to achieve strong results, you’ll work alongside a customer-centric team to establish and secure good relationships with new clients. They prioritise their client’s needs, and a key objective is making sure that every customer chooses the right training to meet their aims. Your part in this will be to build relationships to showcase the products and follow up on in-bound sales leads.

The Right Person

With previous sale experience and comfortable in building strong relationships with business-to-business clients, you will ideally have a high level of knowledge across one or more of the following areas: Health & Safety; Food Hygiene; Safeguarding, Business & Finance Services.

Our client will provide extensive training to build your knowledge of key legislative requirements, but prior understanding is beneficial, as is previous experience of using a CRM system.

As a representative of their company, they’re looking for someone who can provide an approachable, efficient, knowledgeable and effective service to their clients. The successful candidate should be eager to learn and help their company continue to grow.
