Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service / Sales Adviser to join their team based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.
They are looking for a candidate who can impress them with their drive and ability to provide unrivalled customer service to maximise every aspect of their Client's needs, keeping them at the heart of your actions and decisions.
Within this role you will build relationships to showcase the products, following up on in-bound sales leads and achieve strong results, working alongside a customer-centric team to establish and secure good relationships with new clients. We prioritise our client’s needs and a key objective is making sure that every customer chooses the right training to meet their aims.
Candidates for this role must have proven experience within a customer facing role with sound knowledge of sales techniques and customer service procedures. Proactive and focused, you will have excellent communication and written skills and have the ability to work as part of a team.
