Finance Manager
Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Northamptonshire
Search Consultancy is currently working with a Global organisation for an exciting role as a Finance Manager. The role will be responsible to facilitate and maintain group processes within Finance as well as other activities within Legal, IT and administration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee monthly and annual Financial Reporting to the Group
* Providing financial reports and providing recommendations to Senior Management
* Financial analyses of cost, pricing, variable contributions, sales results compared to strategic plans.
* Oversee the operations of the Finance Team, setting goals and objectives.
* Manage an prepare budgets.
* Advise on investments activities in line with strategic plans
* Liaise with other stakeholders within the group.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
* Previous experience as a Finance Manager
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or CIMA) or an existing Finance Manager with at least 2 years experience will be considered.
* Experience in managing and working with multiple stakeholders
