A leading centre of support for individuals, couples and families, the Priory Hospital Bristol offers all its staff not just a job opportunity but a career path.

Hospital Director, Adam Lampitt, extends his personal invitation to join the team at an exciting time in the Hospital’s life. “I believe that the combination of resources, working environment, career opportunities and high standards at Priory Hospital Bristol makes it a natural choice for warm and engaging nursing staff who enjoy close team working and real empathy with the needs of our patients.”

Who We Are

Priory is the leading independent provider of behavioural care in the UK, supporting the needs of more than 30,000 people every year. The Priory Group has established an unrivalled reputation for delivering a real and lasting difference for its service users and currently treats more than 70 different conditions through a nationwide network of over 420 facilities.

What We Do

At the Priory Hospital Bristol, Psychiatrists and Therapists are offered the experience of providing recovery focused therapies and evidence-based treatments in a calming and therapeutic environment. Working with patients and families in group and one-to-one sessions, the team provides a wide range of affordable specialist support with therapy programmes tailored to each person’s specific needs, whether that is stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, an eating disorder or more. Doctors are made available on call 24 hours a day, so that patients can be admitted at short notice, around the clock and the impact of any medication can be monitored safely and promptly.

What We Offer

Set within a striking Grade II listed building, the hospital is located in a secluded area of Bristol with great transport links to two central train stations and access routes into the city centre from the M4 and M5. To create the appropriate environment for our talented staff, we prioritize benefits such as commitment to ongoing training, online and cashback rewards, cycle to work schemes, SMART Pension options and competitive salaries. We also offer a £5000 sign on and retention bonus for Nurses.
