FINTEC recruit is seeking a Property Sales Manager - Commercial Sales.
This is a permanent role based in Central London. Salary base circa £30,000 to £35,000 OTE £90k. Ensuring sales growth and meeting sales targets and offering excellent customer service for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying suitable properties for clients for rent or purchase of commercial properties
- Undertake property viewings with clients and negotiating terms on your client's behalf
- Liaise with Agents and Landlords
Skills and Experience required:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Experience of whole life cycle acquisition from client introduction to successful close of acquisition and leasing transactions for commercial properties.
