Huxton Resourcing a looking for a Teaching Assistant Behavioural Support
You will be joining an existing, hardworking team who really want to make a different to the students they support.

We are looking for an experienced support workers to provide direct support for a student with learning difficulties.
The role will involve providing practical support and assistance inside and outside the classroom setting, enabling the student to get the most out of the course and college life.
You must have relevant experience of supporting young adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or complex needs, preferably in an education setting.
The young person may display very challenging behaviour
You must also possess a good basic education to A Level standard or above and have excellent IT skills. We are looking for someone with confidence, who can use their own initiative, and has a good understanding of English and Maths.

The role is full time Monday to Friday for the remaining academic year (Sep 18- July 19) and you must be able to commit to this; we will be able to increase your hours with other similar work within education and social care.

Salary: GBP8.78-9.00 /hour
