Head Chef
Based: Saffron Walden

Our client, a recently-opened tapas bar in Saffron Walden, is seeking a competent Head Chef with flair, motivation and a real passion for food, to head up the team and be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen.
As Head Chef you will ensure that that every aspect of the service runs smoothly. Excellent food prep, hygiene and attention to detail are essential.
As the ideal candidate, you will currently be a Head Chef at present, or perhaps a Sous Chef looking to take that next step.
Our client is looking for a dynamic, reliable chef with a positive attitude and a passion for cooking; adaptable, self-aware and punctual with good experience in a similar role.
5-day week, straight or split shifts (to be discussed).
Salary range approximately £22,000 to £28,000 plus tips, negotiable depending on experience.
