Temporary Credit Controller

Immediate start - Full time Credit Controller - Temporary Contract 6-9 Months

SF Group are currently recruiting for a temporary Credit Controller to join our client, a busy, friendly highly established company based in Chesterfield. Systems training will be provided. Excellent Salary offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
• Meet cash & debtor day targets
• Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
• Provide accurate advice on billing queries
• Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested
• Post payments to accounts and allocate as required
• Undertake account reconciliations as required
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
• Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time
• Provide cover for other accounting functions as requested

Candidates must have proven experience in a fast paced credit control team, be confident and have strong analytical skills. To apply for this role you must be immediately available to start work.
