Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a new and growing team based in Colchester as a Telephone Mortgage Adviser
Guaranteed income first 3 months
Great opportunity to join an Estate Agency, with trained Property Consultants passing over 70 - 80 quality mortgage & protection leads each week.
My client is looking to grow their financial services department to manage all of these leads internally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new team, in the early stages of development, with the opportunity to help them in shaping the way to enable the company to develop and grow.
* Telephone based advice servicing all of our in house referrals effectively.
* Feeding back on the success rate, having input with the operations team to help them constantly improve achieving more and more volume
* Sourcing mortgages from over 90 Lenders
* Source the right products for your client's criteria
* Helping & guiding clients through the process
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service
* Maintain good client relationships
* Meet & strive to exceed pre-agreed targets
Requirements:
* CeMap 1,2 & 3 is essential
* Experience in whole of market would be preferable.
* Proven track record working in a sales target environment or managing a busy-workload with deadlines
* Highly motivated individual with proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
Package:
* Basic dependent on experience
* Guaranteed income first 3 months
* Realistic OTE GBP60 - GBP75,000
* High volume of quality 'HOT' leads provided
* Full training & support provided
Hours Monday to Friday and 1 Sat in every 4 with time given back
