Due to continued success they are now seeking a PHP Developer / Software Developer (PHP), to join their multi armed organisation that includes the UK's largest motor finance brokerage, vehicle rentals, vehicle loans, two car dealerships and an accident repair centre.

The role is suited to a Developer with PHP experience as you will mostly be involved with backend development tasks. Utilising the following technical stack: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, the successful PHP Developer / Software Developer (PHP) will be responsible for new projects and maintenance of existing systems for the different brands and products in the group. On a day to day basis expect to be involved with scoping requirements, developing features in line with specifications, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.

To qualify... You should be a PHP Software Developer / PHP Developer / Software Developer (PHP) / PHP Web Developer or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Some commercial experience;
  • Strong PHP skills and experience
  • Good understanding of MySQL
  • An understanding of object-orientated programming techniques
  • Competent with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to determine your own priorities;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
