We are currently recruiting for 4 x Administration Officers for our Walsall based Client. This is a temporary role for approximately 3 weeks with an expected start date of 26th November.

As an Administration Officer, your main duties will include but will not be restricted to:

" Scanning documents
" Quality checking scanned documents
" Creating an inventory that follows the existing storage mechanism
" Providing administrative support
" Filing

To be successful in this role you will need to have good IT and communication skills, both oral and written with a strong background in Administration. A good eye for detail is also essential.

You would be working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
