Tamworth, Staffordshire (with travel to our offices in Hull, Birmingham and London)

The Role 

As a Senior (In-House) Recruiter, you will work closely with business and recruiting managers to source and supply quality candidates across the UK for specialist roles. 

You will deliver an outstanding ‘end-to-end’ recruitment service as you define, manage and conduct campaigns and selection activities at our Tamworth, Hull, Birmingham and London sites. 

At the beginning of your contract, a major project will be to create a new IT Department at one site and expand an existing IT Department at another. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Recruit for multiple vacancies simultaneously 
- Support the creation of quality job descriptions 
- Advise hiring managers on appropriate screening and assist with the interpretation of results 
- Deliver all aspects of the recruitment service from advertising through to hire 
- Identify trends from the ATS, market research and candidate feedback 
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience to every applicant at each stage of the process 

About You 

To be considered as a Senior (In-House) Recruiter, you will need: 

- Previous experience as a recruiter gained in-house or within a professional agency 
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law 
- An understanding of UK right to work requirements 
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
