Are you looking for a HR Assistant role and are qualified up to Level 3 CIPD? An exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest businesses in their sector, you will be an experienced HR professional and qualified up to CIPD Level 3. You will have the ability to deliver a comprehensive HR provision for the company and work directly with all management as well as the Head of HR in this busy Human Resources role.
Salary: GBP25,000 plus car
Duties:
* Providing operational HR support
* Supporting departmental restructures
* Recruitment
* Ensuring all employee documentation is up to date
* Ensuring company salaries are in line
* Supporting all offices with their temporary staff
* Suggesting improvements where necessary
* Managing the starter and leaver process
* Assisting with payroll enquiries when needed
