As a Brakes Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be responsible for -
•
• Communication of KPIs to the team
• Plan and schedule the shift's work, assigning activities to team
• Hold start of shift team briefs
• Team motivation
• Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
• Work with Distribution/Customer Services to assist in customer liaison
• Staff utilisation and rota planning
• Providing training and direction to team members where required
• Absence Management
• Performance Indicators
• Relevant KPIs
• Staff Retention Rate
• Staff Absence Rate
• TCT Compliance

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
• Essential: Basic numeracy and literacy, 2 years experience within warehouse, communication skills
• Desirable:GCSE standard of education or equivalent with 4 passes at grades A-C, exposure to Warehousing Management Systems, asic IT knowledge, familiarisation with key board and basic principals
• This role requires stock management experience and preferably SAP knowledge or equivalent system to ensure SOC's (US law) compliance.
