This is a permanent opportunity, working full time, with flexible hours, paying between GBP18,000 - GBP21,000, dependent on experience - you must be happy to sell - upsell, promote, cross sell - both active and prospect customers.
As a Sales and Customer Account Handler you will build relationships with the existing customer base, to discuss renewals, new product offering - whilst working within the FCA guidelines. You will also seek out new clients through referrals and inbound queries.

Key Responsibilities:
*Review and advise existing client base, including renewals for all customers
*Introduce new customers - via prospecting and responding to incoming enquiries
*Discuss the full range of product offering to customers - telephone and face to face meetings
*Transact all business within the FCA guidelines and regulations
*Attend ongoing training - particularly throughout the initial 6 month probation period - this will involve desk coaching as well as day coaching offsite, at other offices
Personal Attributes:
*Able to plan and work using own initiative
*Superb written and verbal communication skills
*Confident - on the phone and face to face
*Experience working within a regulated environment
