Looking for a Multi-trader for a Leading building maintenance company based in St Albans carrying out reactive and PPM's within social housing.
Key Experience
Carpentry/Plumbing (Kitchens, Bathrooms, toilets, ect..)
Repairs and Maintenance
Able to carry out the below tasks:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrics
Plastering
Painting
Key Skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to drive
Good time keeping and attendance
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
