HR Advisor
We have a brand-new role that has arisen due to the organisations growth. This is a very exciting and challenging role in which you will be providing effective HR Advice to the line managers within the business and supporting the full recruitment process. This is a hands on and operational HR generalist person as you will be the only HR representative for the organisation based in Wallingford.
This role may require occasional travel to a site in the South East of England (up to 3 times per month), so this is a truly fantastic opportunity to work in an autonomous and all-encompassing HR role.
HR Advisor Responsibilities
As the HR Advisor, your duties will include:
Providing support to line managers on different matters involving employee relations issues, absence management and performance
Support and co-ordinate the full recruitment process
Assist with co-ordination of internal learning and development
Ensure all contractual information is up-to-date and take responsibility of developing policies and procedures along with the HR team
HR Advisor Experience
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have strong HR generalist experience having dealt with employee relations, case work and recruitment previously. It's beneficial to have experience setting up processes with having worked in a standalone role, although this is not essential. You will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and have the ability to prioritise your work effectively. It's key that you are organised proactive and confident as your line manager will be based in a different office.
