GBP18000 to GBP20000 basic plus commission
My client are an independent Estate Agency based in Wakefield and they are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their business. The ideal candidate will have 12+ months experience as a Sales Negotiator, however we will consider applications from individuals with a strong sales background.
Duties include:
* Calling enquiries to arrange viewings
* Gathering client requirements and matching to properties
* Conducting viewings
* Getting feedback from Buyers and relaying to vendors
* Negotiating property sales
* Progressing sales through to completion
* Liaising with Surveyors, Estate Agents and solicitors
