Currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator for our awesome client based in Arnold. They have rapidly established themselves as market leaders in their area and are the fastest growing Estate agent in Nottingham. They have developed an enviable reputation for providing an excellent service and deliver results that make their clients consistently satisfied.
Salary from GBP16,000 - GBP26,000 OTE
Sales Negotiator the role:
- Arranging viewings/accompany viewings for suitable sales applicants
- Applicant management
- Booking valuations
- Negotiating offers
- Sales progression
- Vendor care
- Mortgage and solicitor referrals
The Ideal Candidate:
- An enthusiastic, people's person who wants to be part of their success story
- Agency experience of 18 months or more essential
- You must have real confidence in your own ability
- Be a great communicator with the ability to truly get on with people
- Extremely organised and have a passion for work.
- Proven track record in your current or previous roles
