Who we are looking for?

Their successful Franchisees come from different backgrounds but they have all built a strong corporate experience and are now looking to use this experience for themselves by starting their own business. We are not only looking for analysts and category experts but also for people with a strong sales experience who are comfortable talking to Senior executives.

Your focus will be on growing your own business, including:

* Client Acquisition. Using your previous networking and sales experience, you will be acquiring clients to offer the services of your franchise in cost reduction and optimisation using companies methodology.

* Project/Client Management. As a Project Manager, you will have strong people skills, in order to coordinate the relationship between the company, the Client and its suppliers.

* Project Analyst. If you have expertise in one or more cost categories, you can provide your services to your own clients but within our network, you can also work on projects from clients of other franchisees taking in return a percentage of the profits. You get to be part of a global network which is another way of earning just by being excelling in your area of expertise!

You need to ensure you are confident in your own skills and be self-motivated enough to make the move into self-employment. If you do take the plunge, the numbers stack up. Franchised businesses are many more times likely to succeed than individual start-ups, with a 90% success rate, versus a 20% success rate for non-franchised business start-ups.

There are many advantages; those chances of succeeding are increased because you are buying into a proven business model, with a brand name and the economies of scale that come with belonging to a larger group.
