Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and want to progress?
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Team Manager, overseeing a couple of small Supported Living Homes, as well as some Domiciliary Care, in the Caerphilly and Cardiff areas.
You will support service users with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health Needs, Autism and other Complex Needs and will lead and motivate the staff team to provide the highest standards of support.
As well as highly competitive salary, you will receive generous holiday entitlement, full induction and training, and the company are happy to put you through the Level 5 qualification if you have managerial experience!
