My client is one of the UK`s leading formation agents. That help thousands from all over the world, form UK registered companies every year. They are dedicated to offering the highest level of customer service possible at a cost-effective price; and as a result they are the highest rates company formation agent on Google, TrustPilot and Facebook, amongst other.

The role

I am looking for a customer retention's executive to join my clients growing company and take ownership of the address service renewal process, from prior to customer renewing, all the way to obtaining feedback from customers who have chosen not to renew.

- Full ownership of address service renewals, including the period prior to renewal and period after renewal
- Contact customers by email and telephone to increase renewal rates and target high value address service customers
- Create and deliver robust and insightful reports to senior management
- Carry out administrative tasks to remove our address from Companies House for companies no longer using our address services
- Recommend process improvements in increase efficiency's

Skills required

- Ability to create and deliver reports to senior management
- Ability to improve processes to increase efficiency, where possible
- Commercial aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Very high level of written and verbal English
- Very fast typing speed
- Excellent customer service skills

Expertise required

- Graduate
- Minimum one year in a customer service or administrative role
