GCH is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is highly organised, and can demonstrate a strong customer focus.
The role is a busy one with many different tasks being undertaken throughout the week so a calm and organised individual who enjoys a little pressure is required. Working within a team of administrators to deliver our aims & objectives, and to support the Income & Tenancy Sustainment Teams.
You will be providing support through general admin processes such as, filing and scanning whilst also managing the claims for online Legal Applications and verifying rental income from us as a Landlord for Universal Credit claims.
Responsibilities include former tenant debt collection and garage letting and the management of the accounts.
The ideal candidate for this role be able to demonstrate good IT skills and will have experience of using spreadsheets, databases and other IT systems to gather and store information. A good understanding of the Orchard system would be desirable however not essential. Above all we are looking for a confident communicator who is able to work well as a team and handle sensitive situations with a calm, professional but caring approach.
