Undergoing a period of exciting growth, we are on the lookout for an outgoing Recruitment Resourcer to help support the team in the Brook Street Office, Nottingham City Centre.
No two days will be the same, you will be:
- Posting and updating job adverts
- Thinking creatively to post and promote jobs to attract the right candidates
- Searching for `Top Talent` in Nottingham to work for a large, growing organisation
- Conducting telephone interviews with suitable candidates & inviting them to interviews
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in customer services or a recruitment role
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to deal with volume emails
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Professional work ethic with desire to learn new skills
Desirable (but not essential) skills:
- Knowledge of Boolean searching
- Experience of interviewing candidates
- Previous recruitment experience
- Social media savvy - knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter and other Social Media sites
- Candidate attraction and retention knowledge
The role is for a 6 month temporary contract and may lead to permanent for the right candidate.
