We are looking for a recruitment assessor to join us at Brook Street during a busy period of growth for a large, local organisation for a 6 month contract with the possibility of turning permanent.
This is an exciting, ever-evolving role; therefore you will need to be able to adapt to change easily.
Your duties
- Telephone screening candidates
- Supporting the running of assessment centres on site
- Interviewing candidates face to face
- Assisting in all elements of the assessment process
- Conducting presentations on the business for candidates
About you
- Ability to multi task
- Polite and professional attitude
This is a fun role, where you will get involved with candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis.
Full training will be given by the experts in the branch before you go on-site so that you are comfortable in all elements of the Assessment Centres.
