Our Volunteering Manager is key to ensuring our volunteers feel part of our community, inspired, valued and involved. You will work with a vibrant mix of dedicated, supportive and friendly volunteers in collaboration with colleagues across Dartington to develop volunteering opportunities, ensure we truly understand and engage our volunteers, and be part of enabling emerging projects to become established.
If you have great people skills, good organisational and administrative talents, a desire to build a meaningful volunteering experience and a willingness to get stuck into the detail and work alongside volunteers we would love to hear from you. Previous experience as a volunteer and in volunteer management would be advantageous.
The Dartington Hall Trust is a remarkable, many-sided organisation with a fascinating history and significant future potential. We have a progressive tradition of using our 1200 acre estate to stimulate and nurture new thinking and activities that can help to improve the world we live in. Dartington continues to forge a path that seeks to explore both individual disciplines such as learning, arts, agriculture, enterprise and social justice, and the broader notion of how they can be brought together to help create more fulfilling lives and a better society.
