What does the action or process of innovating mean to you? Change? Transformation? Renovation? Variation?

In this new and exciting role reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Strategy and Assets you will have responsibility for developing and delivering whg’s Innovation Strategy, putting your own unique stamp on it.

You will take a lead on developing a culture of innovation across whg, establishing a roadmap for potential future innovation opportunities.

Applying creativity you will work with colleagues to recommend change initiatives that lead to potential recommendations. You will be able to identify early on when an idea might not be a success, before deciding to pass the idea to the Projects Team for implementation.

At the heart of these new and innovative solutions are our customers, satisfying their needs and expectations is paramount.

We are looking for someone with a degree level qualification or qualified by significant recent and relevant experience in a similar field. You will have recent and relevant project management experience and the ability to recognise good ideas and turn them into an outcome that adds value.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about change, a creative, imaginative and resourceful person who can bring new concepts to whg and bring them alive.

In return for leading our culture of innovation, you will receive a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including a fantastic working environment, 27 days annual leave, a defined benefit pension scheme, health cash plan and childcare vouchers.
