Finance Assistant (to cover maternity leave) & Administrative Assistant
Hours: 35 hrs per week
Type: Admin Assistant permanent
Harbour has delivered needs-led services for over 40 years for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse and is seeking to recruit two self motivated and experienced Assistants. One to join the Finance team to cover maternity leave; one to join the Client Services team, both posts based in Hartlepool.
Applications are welcome from individuals who are exceptionally well organised and capable of working with initiative.
For this post, experience working with data will be helpful, a meticulous attention to detail will be essential, along with problem solving skills and a good telephone manner.
Applicants should hold at least 5 GCSEs to grade C or above including English Language and Maths. Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check.
