Are you looking for part time hours within the Lichfield area? We have a brand new part time HR vacancy available in Lichfield! Working for a global company with endless opportunities, you will be working as a Human Resource Advisor.
Duties include:
* Working with Line Managers in regards to recruitment and retention strategies
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and processes
* Handling recruitment, selection and induction processes
* Participating in selection interviews if necessary
* Assisting in the introduction of new or revised policies and processes
* Investigating sensitive and complex situations
* Monitoring and analysing data including turnover rates, absence, equal opportunity information and Health & Safety issues
* Reporting to Senior HR Managers
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years experience in Human Resources
* Knowledge of personnel administration
* CIPD qualifications
* Strong understanding of UK Employment Legislation and Regulations
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* High levels of computer literacy
* Ability to multi task
* Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written
The role is a part time Fixed Term 12 month contract with 25 hours, 4 days per week
Salary is between GBP20,000 - GBP27,000 dependant on experience
