Customer Service Advisor
We currently have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisor's to join our client based in Sleaford.
The roles are to start in November as our client requires staff to help out over their busy peak periods.
No experience is required as full training will be provided however you must have an excellent telephone manner, good written and verbal English and strong IT skills.
In return you`ll receive weekly pay, paid holiday and full training will be provided.
"To answer phone calls and process orders onto the clients system (all calls are inbound).
"Deal with any queries or complaints in a professional manner.
"General admin duties and replying to emails.
You will be allocated a team leader and will be a valued member of the team working within a fun and friendly environment.
Regular event days are often held where you can get involved and show your creative side. My client also offers incentives with a chance to win great prizes.
Offering full time hours. Overtime will also be available.
The roles are temporary on-going however there are permanent positions available for the right candidate.
