-Value properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market
-Undertaking accurate and thorough inspections/ surveys buildings
-Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing skills.
-Full UK Driving License
-Must be MRICS qualified and possess Employers Act experience
